THE STORY
Purposeful IT was built out of a simple frustration: local trades businesses in Greater Cleveland are losing customers every day to competitors who aren't better at their trade -- they're just easier to find online.
Most of these businesses have been operating for decades. They have the reviews, the reputation, and the referrals. What they don't have is a website that works, a Google Business Profile that's up to date, or any presence in the AI search results that are quickly replacing the first page of Google.
We built Purposeful IT to fix that. Not with cookie-cutter packages or vanity metrics -- with real SEO work, honest reporting, and results that show up as calls booked and jobs won.
